Anyone can use Xomo Chat, regardless of age. However, if you are under 13, parental guidance is advised.
3. Account Registration

- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

By using Xomo Chat, you agree to:

- No Illegal Activity: Do not use the app for illegal purposes, including scams or fraud.
- No Fake Identity: You cannot copy any user's identity to make your account look the same as their account, and you cannot use fake information about your country. You may use any profile name and pictures or avatar that doesn't violate someone's privacy or contain sexually explicit content.
- Protect Privacy: Do not share private information with anyone.
Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

- You retain ownership of the content you share on the app.
- By sharing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it for providing services to you.
6. Account Deletion
Your account may be deleted if:

- You share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- You misuse the app or attempt to hack it.
- You request to delete your account.
To delete your account, go to profile settings, click on the delete button, and confirm your choice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.
- Content shared by other users.
- Unauthorized access to your account.
- Other users' illegal activities.
- If you clicked on any harmful link shared by another user.

Xomo Chat values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

- Device information (to prevent banned users from returning).
- User's location (country name only) to remove those users who use fake identity. You can use any name or profile picture you want, but if you use fake location information, we will remove your account.

- Ensure security and prevent fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We may share data with service providers to operate the app.
- We may share data with app administrators to ensure all users are following rules.

- We don't share or allow anyone to see your private messages.

We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security due to inherent risks in digital communication.

- Take screenshots, post screenshots, make YouTube videos.
- Invite friends, create groups, join groups, ask for help.

7. Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account from the app or by contacting us at cosmoteam1501@gmail.com. Once deleted, your data will be removed, except for records required by law. Please note that if your account is deleted, we won't be able to recover it.

10. Image Gallery
The image gallery is made for storing and sharing images. You can upload and share images from here. Please don't share links to personal images, as if you delete them, they will only be deleted from your device, not from our server. We will delete your image upon request, but you must remember the link to your image, as the API used in this software doesn't support direct deletion. You can use this feature to get image URLs by uploading your images. Click on the share icon to get that image's link URL.
11. Personal Diary
You can use the personal diary for taking notes while chatting. It doesn't support converting text to HTML elements. Don't share screenshots if you write important information in the diary. We don't store diary data on our server, so we can't help recover your diary data if it's deleted or lost.
12. Ximo
You can use Ximo to share your HTML projects with friends. Projects will be visible for 3 minutes, and your friend must collect it within this time frame. The project will hide automatically after 3 minutes, but it won't hide as quickly for your friend if they are viewing the project.
